The final date to place your corporate gift box order for the 2025 holiday season varies per box.
But generally ordering by 21 November 2025 means you're almost certain to receive your Gift Box in time for the year-end celebrations.

As all our boxes are hand-assembled upon order, please allow for between 7-14 days to receive the gift box/es. 

No, the listed prices do not include the VAT (or BTW as it is called in Belgium and The Netherlands), which is typically between 6-9% for foodstuff, and 21% for alcohol.

For corporate clients in the Netherlands and Belgium, the VAT/BTW is deductible under specific conditions: in the Netherlands if the value is below €227 excluding VAT/BTW, and in Belgium with similar rules.

Companies can deduct 80% of the gift’s cost for income tax. Please keep your invoices for verification.

For individual customers, VAT/BTW is not included in the display price, but the applicable VAT/BTW is included in the price during checkout, and you will see the total amount. Also, for individuals, the VAT/BTW cannot be reclaimed.

Yes, Carnivale offers both single and multiple address delivery options:

• Single-address delivery means delivery to one address, e.g., to your office, event location or home. A single delivery fee, depending on quantity/weight of total order is charged.
• Multi-address delivery means delivery to different addresses, e.g. when a company delivers staff gifts directly to each employees or clients homes. A delivery fee per address is charged.

Yes, Carnivale ships gift boxes internationally:

• Within the EU: All order sizes are eligible for international delivery. Delivery fee will depend on box type and destination.
• Outside the EU: International shipping is available for orders of 200 boxes or more, with separate quotes for shipping and customs fees, and for delivery at a single address.

Corporate orders are managed under standard Business-to-Business (B2B) terms as follows:

• 50% deposit upon order confirmation (to reserve products and initiate fulfilment)

• 50% balance payable within 30 days after delivery

Upon confirmation, Carnivale will issue a formal pro forma invoice detailing quantities, contents, and delivery arrangements. All invoices are issued in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT.

We deliver Tuesday to Friday. Select regions in the Netherlands also offer Saturday delivery (extra fee applies).
