Carnivale is a cross-border specialist wholesaler founded in Belgium in 2012. We supply chefs and culinary professionals across Belgium, the Netherlands, and beyond with exceptional artisanal ingredients — from rare-breed meats and cheeses to ethically crafted pantry items.

We focus on direct sourcing, traceability, and storytelling. We partner with over 40 small-scale European producers and only offer curated, small-batch, and seasonal goods. Our logistics are cold-chain guaranteed and tailored to the pace of professional kitchens.

Our clients include all categories of Food Professionals including chefs, restaurants, hotels, caterers, provisioners, gourmet grocers, embassies, corporate kitchens, and food entrepreneurs.

Carnivale is a wholesale company for professionals. However, we occasionally host public sales, and soon, will offer a selection of our extraordinary products in a consumer webshop. Sign up to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to stay updated.

Yes. Our tasting sessions — held at your kitchen, a partner venue, or our Antwerp Tasting Kitchen — are curated around your menu needs, culinary identity, and sourcing goals.

Carnivale Butchery is our in-house meat division, known for rare-breed beef, veal, pork, and lamb selections. Every cut reflects terroir, ethical rearing, and artisanal expertise.

Yes. Our corporate gift boxes feature artisanal foods with personalised storytelling and digital experiences. They’re designed to help companies express their values through quality and sustainability.

We deliver Tuesday to Friday. Select regions in the Netherlands also offer Saturday delivery (extra fee applies).

Deliveries take place between 08:00 and 18:00, directly to the ground floor or kitchen entrance.

We deliver across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. In the Netherlands, delivery days vary by postcode. Visit carnivale.be or contact us to confirm your schedule.

Yes. All deliveries follow a strict cold-chain protocol using multi-temperature vehicles.

Yes. We offer courier delivery outside the standard schedule upon request.

Yes. CMRs, tracking, and delivery documentation are available upon request.

Only if the address is linked to a registered food business or partner. Delivery must be accessible during business hours.

If sending goods to Carnivale: use euro pallets, ensure boxes are clean/sealed, and label each box with sender, destination, temperature type, and box count.

Via our ordering platform inOne (recommended), or by email, WhatsApp, or phone. You can also request a fixed weekly call.

You’ll receive a link to activate your inOne account. From there, browse our live catalogue, check availability, choose delivery days, and place orders. Monthly offers and preorder items are clearly indicated.

For Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday delivery: order by 16:00 the day before. For Thursday delivery: order by Tuesday 16:00.

The following must be ordered 9–10 days in advance, for delivery the following Friday:
Rabbit, duck, quail, poussin → Order by Tuesday 12:00
Chicken, guinea fowl, pigeon → Order by Wednesday 14:00
Fresh Italian cheeses → Order by Wednesday 14:00
Fresh pasta (BE only) → Order by Wednesday 14:00
