Payments must be completed using one of the available payment methods listed on the website.
An order is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received and confirmed.
All prices on our order app, pricelists, or catalogues are listed in euros (€) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
A shipping cost of 15 € will be added on orders below 175€.
We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors at any time.
Payments must be completed on one of our bank accounts listed on our invoices, and within a term of 7 days after invoice date.
All delivered products remain our property as long as no payment has been received and all our goods remain claimable by us.
In the event of non-payment of our invoices or the initiation of debt collection proceedings, all additional costs and any interest shall be borne by the debto
All orders are subject to product availability.
If an item is out of stock after you have placed an order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or other irregularities.
We deliver within Belgium and to selected countries within and outside the European Union.
Delivery times are indicative and depend on the destination, product type, and courier service.
For fresh and perishable products, we use temperature-controlled or insulated packaging where applicable.
Once products are handed to the courier, the risk transfers to the customer.
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive perishable goods at the delivery address.
Under EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after delivery for non-perishable goods only.
Exceptions: For perishable, temperature-sensitive, or opened food items, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16).
If eligible, returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
All products are guaranteed to comply with Belgian and EU food safety standards at the time of delivery.
Customers are responsible for correct handling and storage according to the product label.
Claims for damaged or spoiled products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photo evidence.
The statutory 2-year legal guarantee applies to non-perishable goods where relevant.
Geofood BV is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, incorrect storage, or consumption of products.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions; customers must check all ingredient information before purchase or consumption.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
